Microsoft has announced the Excel World Championship Competition. The hashtag for the championship is #ExelWorldChamp. Millions of people use excel to do things faster and make live less trouble free. Microsoft wants to meet all of the excel people and how good you are in excel.
The competition will kick off in October and last until November 2016. All the participants will go through questions focusing on Data Management, Data Visualization, and Formula Writing to show their skills and creativity. There will be four rounds of Excel tests for residents of selected countries. The toppers in each round will advance to the next level – until ultimately there is only one Excel Champ from each country. There is open international competition for the people who don’t have a dedicated country competition.
The country champions and the international champion will compete with each other for the title of “Excel World Champ” in the early of 2017. The grand prize is a trip to Seattle, Washington to meet the Excel Product Team.
