WordPress released version 4.6 on 17th August. They named it pepper after jazz baritone saxophonist Park Fredrick “Pepper” III. WordPress 4.6 is now available for download and update. On the
release of WordPress 4.6 RC2, WordPress said they are planning to launch 4.6 on 16th August but they could only manage to release it one day late.
